The core of shamanic healing is a ceremony, in which energy that no longer serves you is removed and
life-enhancing energy is gifted to you.

• Divination:  I, the shaman, connect with your higher self, or soul, and give you information about your spiritual development, and other topics of your choosing, including career, physical health, past lives, finances, soul's purpose, and relationships.

• Extraction:  The purpose of this ceremony is to remove a spirit intrusion, which usually manifests itself as physical pain, especially physical pain with no known cause.  (My husband describes this ceremony as "relaxing.")

• Saywa Ceremony:  The goal is to remove an imprint--i.e., a thought, an emotion, a physical symptom, or an "issue" (such as "not being able to say 'no'")-- and heal it with an infusion of powerful and positive energy.

• Soul Retrieval:  If you feel like there's something missing inside of you, if you've suffered and "haven't been the same since," you may be experiencing what shamans call soul loss. Soul loss is almost universal because suffering is part of the price we pay for being human.  During a soul retrieval ceremony, I remove the energy of a soul wound (e.g., from abandonment, criticism, perfectionism, abuse, surgery) and return to you a missing piece or pieces of your very soul--along with other gifts and goodies, including, in many cases, a deeper knowledge of your soul’s purpose. According to shamanic tradition, the soul has energy.  You will not only gain insights into your life, but the energy needed to translate these insights into action.
